Good morning :)
Hope everyone had a great holiday weekend! We went to church and dinner with the family for Easter Sunday. I adored this outfit and would love to wear it again!
A spring and summer wardrobe staple that I really value is a good pair of practical nude wedges. Practical as in realistic. Some requirements are heel height, comfort level, material the right shade of nude, affordable and open toe. These checked off all those boxes for me and I could wear them with anything! These taupe ankle strap scallop wedge sandals from Charlotte Russe are everything I need and more! I LOVE them so much that I could get a backup pair! I actually got them in sky blue too. I wear a size 8.5 normally. These only come in full sizes so, I sized down for a tighter fit. These are faux suede and have a platform heel. The insole is cushioned and feels comfortable to walk on. I love that the platform has a slight heel. The ankle straps heels make the legs look long and skinny. These wedges are a win!
This dress is a statement piece that every woman must have in their wardrobe this year. The lace detail is sophisticated and classy. This blue high neck short sleeve skater dress from Missguided is flattering for every figure! The layered details flow so well and the mock neckline is perfection. My eyes are drawn to this color. This type of purple-blue is unique, I rarely find pieces in this hue. I also love how the upper chest and shoulder area are not lined. I am wearing a size 6 and it fits perfectly. I found this same type of dress in other colors - HERE and HERE. I found this same dress, but with a v-neckline and long sleeves HERE. I also found dresses in the same lace design in other colors - HERE and HERE.
My lip color is from the Little MAC Lipstick Collection in the shade Mehr. I wear this one often. I love the blue undertone. My sunnies are the green metal classic rounds from Ray-Ban.
The weather this week on the east coast is finally going to feel like spring! I can't wait to show you new outfits! Have a great week!
Ciao for now,
